It reflects Veilcraft’s focus on information: knowing what others cannot see.

Notes: Self/perception cast. 3.5 s reveal of movement traces within ~9 tiles (14.6 m). Traces live 12 s: FRESH 0-4 s, FADING 4-8 s, VESTIGIAL 8-12 s. 45 s cooldown is deliberate (pursuit tool, not uptime) - future progression should improve clarity / interpretation, not cooldown. Replaces False Footsteps (removed from canon).
